In part of the series, I’ll cover how your POSTURE can make a HUGE impact on your success with women!

Most men have no idea that their posture can be powerful, and in that regard, tend to sabotage themselves. It’s even worse for them around girls!

Our posture, and the rest of our body language, can betray us even if we’ve done a great job controlling the emotions that we show with our faces.

The good news is, we can learn to spot, control, and even use your postural language in your favor!

Take a good look at your physical posture when speaking to a woman you are attracted to. Overall, if you are displaying that you are displaying tension, nervousness, or poor self esteem, it will come through.

She’ll notice this as well. And often, she’ll mirror it. What we display to others, they will reflect right back.

That’s good news! If you put some positive, strong body language out there, and display a confident posture, it will help her feel more comfortable, and she’ll find your company far more enjoyable too!

Still, she may not be open. To know if she is, here are a few signs to look for:

-Watch which way her body is turned. Is it towards you? That’s good; if it’s to the side, take a hard look to see if she’s preoccupied. This includes feet too - generally they lead, in fact.

-How is her body tilted? Forward or back? If she’s leaning forward, it’s a very good indicator of interest. If she’s backwards and her attention is sporadic, it’s possible that she is bored. This is particularly true if she puts her head in her hands.

-How is she holding the rest of her body? If she has her legs and/or arms crossed, and is leaning back, she’s posturally closed. If she is leaning forward, and her arms and legs aren’t folded tight, she’s open, and that is what you want.

-The really good signs, in culmination: leaning forward, fully focused, and possibly her head slightly tilted to one side. Step back for a moment and pay attention. If this is what is happening, then you are doing well.

Those are good indicators to see where her interest is. There are a few that are even better though, but they aren’t specific.

If she is “mirroring” you posturally, this is really GOOD. It shows a congruence between you and her; If you lead, she’ll probably follow. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself following her lead too.

What does this look like then?

You’ll have the same side of each other moving towards the other- so if you have your right shoulder forward, she’ll have her left, and vice versa.

This is a tremendous advantage to you - you can mirror her, without her knowing it, and she’ll see you more positively than if you didn’t!

There are also gender specific gestures that are common. Watch for her. Odds are, if you are comfortable, you’ll do these naturally, so don’t worry about yours in particular.

For her, watch for her trying to heighten the display of gender specific features, such as arching her back to show her breasts, or crossing and uncrossing her legs to show them.

The main thing is to be aware and pay attention to the above. They will help you with your decision making when it comes to women!

The next piece to add to this, in the upcoming article, are your gestures. They can have a dramatic effect on your success as well!

Men’s suits come in a large variety of fabrics, colors, sizes, and styles. This article discusses the most commonly used materials for suits, along with less-common fabrics that have recently been gaining popularly.

The most famous fabric from which suits are made is none other than wool. It may sound surprising since many consider wool to be coarse and warm, hence not appropriate for year round wearing. The secret of its application lays in the weaving method and type of yarn employed, which in turn determine the fabric’s ultimate thickness and feel.

Flannel, tweed, and gabardine are all products of wool and are common fabrics for suits. All of these fabrics can be mixed with cotton to change the fineness of the fabric. Flannel is usually the softest of the three. Gabardine is ribbed on one side and smooth on the other, and tweed is generally resistant to humidity and very flexible.

Among them, flannel is usually the softest, while tweed is the most flexible and resistant to humidity. Gabardine is smooth on one side and has a diagonally ribbed surface on the other. Suits made from wool and its derivatives are highly durable and easy to maintain due to minimal wrinkling. They are particularly favored by the makers of European style suits and throughout the British business scene.

An alternative to wool, cashmere has similar properties but is softer and warmer than wool. It is considered an indulgence by many because of its expense.

Cotton seersucker is most popular in warmer environment. It is a thin cotton fabric commonly worn in the spring and summer because it doesn’t stuck in humid conditions and allows for air flow. A unique characteristic is that it comes stripped, usually with white as part of the duo.

Linen is another material for summer styles. It is considered higher-end than cotton and is favored by luxury brands. It is light and feels very comfortable.

Many Eastern cultures still enjoy silk suits. However, they have become less common among the American market. The Mandarin suit which comes in many different variations is still available. In many cases silk is still used to line the inside of suites, no matter which fabric is used as the outer fabric.

On the lower end, suits are sometimes made from synthetic fabrics. Polyester is one of the regulars offering cheaper cost. It is often mixed with other natural fibres in order to mimic their properties.

These exquisite fabrics will continue to rock the design world for many more years to come. Giving designers exactly what they need to create their master piece.

One of the most common mistakes, probably the most expensive as well, a creditor can make with their credit cards is habitually paying the minimum amount due each month. Without knowing this, it is unfairly burning you more money long term.

It is very easy to make only the minimum payments every time because it is affordable and gives you the chance to spend some amount to other expenses. By freeing up some cash flow, you can get that latest DVD player or that designer’s dress you always wanted. Without knowing it, you are destined for a financial disaster short-cut.

The practice of paying the minimum is hurting a lot people who are not aware of their financial situation. Here’s an example. If paid with minimum amount due for years, a previously low balance can turn into a very big debt when compounded with interests and hidden charges. This turns out to be a small problem turned into a nightmare and may get over a decade to repay. With multiple credit cards, this can lead to a true financial tragedy.

To fight this problem, you have to pay more than the minimum each due date, probably twice the minimum amount. Make an effort to send your payments promptly to avoid late charges. You perhaps won’t notice the extra amount but it will go straight onto your principal. This deducts the debt faster and reduces the interests every time. The more you reduce the balances, the lesser you will have to deal with more interest.

With only the interests and other fees and charges as the ways for credit card lenders to earn profits, the habit of paying the minimum is what they subtly encourage from you. It’s essential to know that the credit card companies never let you pay back your balances in small amounts just out of their kindheartedness. This is their business and this is how they make their money. Paying the usual 2% of your balance each month as minimum definitely assures that you will be substantially filling their cash coffers.

As you can afford squeezing it to your budget, increase the amount you pay every time gradually. Try increasing it each month with a certain amount like $10. Soon enough, you will notice that you are starting to actually put a dent in the balance. Trying this step will exactly cut off years of repayment period; thus, saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
