When you are spray painting, don’t be timid. You can bet you are going to get some runs if you don’t wet the panel adequately. This will result to a dry look with a lot of pitting pattern. If the run happens to be during the clear coat application, you can usually repair that once it cures. You will be able to sand out the run and re-coat the panel. Don’t fall into the trap of cover-up. Cover-up means that you are loading on more material to try to cover up the mistake. Don’t do it. It just does not work.

If you follow the instructions, your application problems won’t be as a result of not enough flash time. As the application is curing the solvents in the material evaporate. If you add another coat before this has fully taken place, the material is going to flow. Do yourself a favor and always add for a little extra curing time. You can save yourself a lot of work and headaches by doing this.

Finally, you get the perfect application and then a fly comes along and lands in your material. Don’t panic. Use a pair of tweezers carefully to remove it. Hopefully there will just be a slight imperfection that you will able to sand then polish. Worst comes to worst you will end up respraying the panel.

Some common questions when it comes to spray painting techniques are as follows.

Is the wide pattern technique the best? If you are using the clear materials, you can use the wide patter, but pay attention to what you are doing. You could end up with some really obvious bad patterns. The perfect spray pattern has to be perfectly even from top to bottom. The other thing you need to consider and will have to contend with is the over spray that occurs when the gun is wide open.

I have a HVLP spray gun Can I use any technique I want? You cannot use a regular technique with this spray gun because its give out 10 psi at the cap as opposed to the 50psi in the conventional guns. This means the distance will not be as great with the HVLP gun that means you must be closer to the paint surface. For the convention guns, the standard distance is 8inches whereas with the HVLP it should be between two to four inches.

Will I be able to get as much speed with the HVLP? Standard guns efficiency for transfer is about 25-30% whereas with the HVLP it’s about 65%. So needless to say, the gun excels in this department. You have to remember though that the closer you are spraying to the target surface the faster your stroke. As you extend your distance, you can reduce your stroke. With the HVLP, your target distance is 2-4 inches.

First determine if your leather item is finished or unfinished. In general finished leather items will have a shiny or smooth surface which may be luggage, handbags, wallets, or garments. Unfinished leather and suede usually have a natural dull finish or nappy finish like saddlery, work boots and shoes or sport gloves.

Buy good leather cleaner and rub, using a circular motion it into leather. Follow with a leather conditioner. Leather Balm with Atom Wax Leather Conditioner is an outstanding dressing to clean, soften, and condition leather. Do not use saddle soap on a leather couch, as it is too harsh for furniture.

Keep leather out of direct daylight as it will fade or discolor the leather. One idea for removing spots from leather is to rub the spot with a cloth that has been dipped in rubbing alcohol. Contrary to what it would seem water spots can be removed from leather by moistening the area again with a little water. Let dry or gently blow dry and then oil leather with a leather treatment such as mink oil.

Be sure to wipe leather shoes with a damp cloth frequently, and keep them well polished with a paste. For waterlogged leather shoes, insert shoe trees and let air-dry. Discoloration: For leather garments, gloves and bags that are discolored use a leather spray designed to restore color.

If you experiment with leather conditioner, first try it on a small corner in the back of the couch, in case your particular brand of leather does not react well to the treatment. Do not use saddle soap on a leather couch, as it is too harsh for furniture. Do not let spills or water to dry; they can penetrate the dye in the leather and leave a spot. Avoid products like mink oil, shoe polish and waxes when cleaning leather furniture or garments. Use a damp cloth or sponge to rub saddle soap into the leather; work soap into a light lather. Oil leather with a leather preservative such as mink oil.

Dry leather needs rehydrating with water and oils. Waxes are not used as the natural oils do not dry out of leather. It is important to uphold a regular cleaning routine. Cleaning dirt off the surface regularly and inhibiting the absorption of body oils into the leather with a protector is the best way of doing this. Automobile leather seats can be cleaned using a 5% solution of detergent like Woolite. This is not what you would expect, but a wool cleaner cleans well and protects all different leathers.

Another choice for cleaning leather is to take a damp cloth, wipe it across moisturizing soap and lather the leather. It is important when removing spots from leather to always test any cleaning method on an isolated spot first.

For suede shoes, try an art gum eraser first and if that doesn’t do the trick, use undiluted white vinegar on a soft cloth, and be sure to blot — never rub when cleaning suede. Suede is an unfinished type of leather that needs to be handled carefully. Some people recommend inexpensive leather cleaning processes, like baking soda or salt.

The best method for cleaning leather is determined by the type of the stain and the type of the leather. The following are instructions for common leather cleaning: Always test the cleaning on a small invisible patch of leather before proceeding on the whole item. You should also follow cleaning with a Fiebing Suede and Fabric Coat leather protector which will act like a ’scotchgard’ and inhibit dirt and stains from being absorbed and make cleaning easier the next time.

Many individuals around the world have second citizenship because they have dealings in more than one country. However, there are many individuals without second citizenship that really need it, but they dont understand why they need it. Fortunately, that ends right now because the reasons are here.

Here are reasons for obtaining citizenship in another country:

- You have a passport that is renewed quite frequently. A passport that is renewed more than every ten years is a sign that you need second citizenship.

- Having a passport that could be renounced by the current government at any time. This is something you dont want.

- Your current passport status is keeping you from being able to succeed in investments and economically.

- Your home government may be taxing your international income. When you are a citizen of more than one country, your home country cant tax your international earnings. This saves money.

- Travel restrictions can be relieved if you have any.

- You want to provide some insurance for your family against any misfortunes.

Whats interesting is that a lot of Americans are realizing and applying for dual citizenship. They do this so that the government cant tax their international income at high rates. Some individuals have even gone as far as renouncing their citizenship to avoid tax penalties.

Unfortunately, out of all of the developed countries in the world, the United States is the only one taxing international wages.

However, it is not just U.S. citizens applying for dual citizenship. Those looking to enter the U.S. tend to be poor individuals from many different countries, but thats not always the case. Individuals from all around Europe and the world have reasons why they want to reside in certain countries. Whether it is personal, economical, or curiosity driven.

So why are there so many people not aware of dual citizenship as a useful option? If they did know, people would be swapping countries more than ever. At least it is catching on. Mostly tax incentives are the motivation behind why people have citizenship in two countries, as well as the rights that they can have. A dual citizen has more rights than the average single citizenship person.

So dont be afraid to get that second passport so you can acquire the second citizenship you need in the country you love. It will pay off in the end.
